I qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Prior to that date my business experience was developed in the field of management training and marketing for a medium sized company. I subsequently took up a post as a College lecturer in Business and Finance in a College of higher education and then Portsmouth University as a Business and Law Lecturer as well as working as a private tutor in Law and Accounting. Following qualification as a solicitor with a legal 500 firm and subsequently took up a post with another legal 500 firm specialising in Employment law. Thereafter, I set up a legal practice which specializes in Employment Law representing Companies and Individuals on any aspect of Employment Law including advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. I have also been called to the Bar and although a Barrister I practice as a solicitor. In addition, I am a qualified CEDR mediator. I have a 22 year old daughter who is in her final year at University with whom I have an excellent relationship and take considerable interest in her studies and progression. I really have a passion to impart my knowledge using methods of learning that suit the tutee as this can differ with each preferring a different method.
