I am a practising solicitor with 2 years PQE. I am very interested in tutoring law. I believe I have the requisite skills and knowledge to offer to as a tutor of law. As a solicitor I work on real life cases on a day to day basis, researching and applying law to real life situations. I specialise in immigration, asylum and human rights. This area of law is constantly changing and developing, and therefore I always read up on the changes in law. I am able to analyse case-law or legislation and apply the same to my client’s cases. I am a supervisor to trainee solicitors and have experience of checking, marking work and providing constructive feedback. I am also teaching and guiding trainee solicitors on specific cases. I had studied Law at A Level and achieved grade A. I had completed LLB Law (Hons), with a First Class degree. I had also completed the LPC and achieved a Commendation. I have knowledge of key modules that I had studied on the LLB and LPC. I am also a mentor with Green House Mentoring.
