The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), founded in 1992, is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban locale of Preston, North West England, with branch campuses in Burnley, Moor Row, and Pyla. As a large institution, with an enrolment range of 15,000-19,999 students, UCLan offers coeducational programs leading to a variety of degrees from pre-bachelor's to doctorates across different areas of study. Admissions are selective and based on entrance examinations. International students are welcome to apply.
