I am a practising immigration and tax lawyer and accountant. I have been a practising professional accountant for over 20 years. I have been doing employment tribunal representing clients for Bradical CIC (Birmingham). I have represented clients in around ten successful cases. I am also practising not full time in employment, immigration and criminal law, contracts and obligations, family, civil litigation and tax law. I do represent clients in employment, immigration and tax tribunals. I am fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules. On the academic level, I have lectured second year law students in Business Law at De Montfort University in Leicester. I am both fluent in spoken and written English and French. I hold an LLB Hons and have studied the BPTC at College of Law and passed six assessments out of 12 so far. I had to intermit and will hopefully finish my BPTC next year. I am also doing a Masters in Business Law with University of Paris 1 Sorbonnes by distance learning and at the same time studying for the French Bar (CRFPA) with Dalloz Formations in Paris also by distance learning. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. I am a member of The Association of International Accountants, The Institute of Financial Accountants and a provisional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants all in the United kingdom. I have my own office with conference room where I can deliver courses and teach students. I love teaching and share and impart my knowledge to others.
