Judgement for the case Majrowski v Guy's Hospital

P was harassed in breach of statute by her manager, X, employed by D. P sued D for breach of statutory duty and that D was vicariously liable. CA held that unless a statute stated otherwise (expressly or impliedly), vicarious liability could apply as much to breach of statutory obligations as it could to tortious ones.
